FWAPA is delighted to have representatives from Supportive Care to present on skilled nursing and rehabilitation.  Our guests from Supportive Care plan to achieve the following objectives:

1. Develop an understanding of the dynamics of Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility.


 2. Learn about the resident population and some common conditions and disorders found in the population.


3. Discover some of the benefits and challenges of working with a multi-disciplinary team.


4. Understand Confidentiality and boundary issues faced in a nursing home environment.

5. Identify some differences between working in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Private Practice and other areas of practice
