Cultural Competency: Experiencing Diversity

FWAPA is delighted to have Dr. Baysden present an experiential workshop related to cultural competence. He plans to achieve the following objectives:
Understand the important themes associated with multicultural ideologies.
Understand cultural competence and have the opportunity to strengthen cultural competence through experiential exercises.
Understand the effects of historical and current oppression on cultural/ethnic minorities.
