FWAPA is pleased to begin the 2016 year of Professional Development workshops with an ETHICS presentation by Dr. Flynn!

Dr. Flynn, who is both lawyer and psychologist, will discuss ethical concerns relevant to your practice as a psychologist.  He will provide instruction regarding the ethical code and the law.  His objectives are for you to:

1.  Understand privilege law:  who gets the client's record, when they get it, and how.

2.  Know how to protect yourself when you must answer a records request.

3.  Know the ethical and legal issues inherent in some 21st century technology.

4.  Understand business structures, when you might need one, and how to get one.
