Dr. Williams currently serves as the Strategic Advisor to Project Healing Heroes and is the Chief Presenter for PTSD University. He has worked extensively through most of his career treating individuals with PTSD and developing and implementing trauma treatment programs in a variety of settings including: the Federal Bureau of Prisons, U.S. Army and VA Medical Centers, the Fort Hood Resilience and Restoration Center and in private practice.
1) the ability to list and describe at least three common sources of bias in RCT research and apply this knowledge to the validity of experimental results.
2) the ability to cite Bhattacharya, et al.'s aggregate effect size for valid RCT research in PTSD Treatment and apply that knowledge to the validity of the Evidence Base for PTSD treatment.
3) the ability to list at least two alternative and complementary approaches to the treatment of PTSD and apply that knowledge to the creation of a treatment plan.
